Ingredients
Leftover rice ( 300g ) | Pork ( 150g ) |
Onion ( 100 grams ) | Shiitake mushrooms ( 6 ) |
Light soy sauce ( 25g ) | Dark soy sauce ( 20g ) |
Oyster sauce ( 30g ) | Fine sugar ( 20g ) |
Cooking wine ( 15g ) | Vegetable oil ( 30g ) |
Recipe for fried rice with minced pork and ham

1.Clean and remove the stems of the mushrooms, cut into small cubes and set aside.

2. Cut the ham in half, cut it again and dice it.

3. Peel and dice the onion.

4.Choose pork that is 30% fat and 70% lean, and mince it in a meat grinder.

5.Put the light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, fine sugar and cooking wine into a bowl and mix well.

6. Heat the pot, add vegetable oil, turn up the heat and pour in the diced onions.

7. Stir-fry until the onions are transparent and add the minced meat.

8.Continue to stir-fry until the minced meat turns white.Then add the mushrooms and ham.

9.Continue to stir-fry for 2 minutes, and add the prepared bowl of juice.

10. Stir well, bring to a boil and then turn to low heat.

11.Add pre-steamed rice.

Tips
There is already enough salt in the seasoning, no need to add more salt.
The ham can be replaced with grilled sausage, or it can be left out.
