How to make rose steamed buns

1.Prepare all materials

5. Spread some flour on the chopping board, knead the fermented dough evenly to eliminate the large bubbles caused by fermentation, and then roll it into a rectangular shape with a pastry stick Dough pieces (as shown in Figure 5)

6. After rolling out the dough, roll it up tightly from one end (as shown in Figure 6)

7. Cut the rolled dough into small pieces with a spatula, and flatten the small pieces into thick discs with a spatula.The same goes for other small pieces.Then stack five thick discs together, use a small amount to shape the center of the flower, knead it into a long and thin shape with your hands, place the long and thin flower center on one end of the stacked thick disc, and finally start from the center of the flower.Roll up the other end.After rolling it up, use a spatula to cut it in the middle.Pick it up and pinch the petals (I forgot to take a photo during the process).Put the finished rose into an oiled steamer, cover it and wake it up.Post for 15 minutes

8. Boil water in a pot over high heat, steam for 15 minutes, turn off the heat, and wait for 5 minutes Then just open the pot.

Tips
