How to steam Hanaki

1. Melt 50g of yeast in water and knead the dough, ferment for 30 minutes
2. Roll out thinly with a rolling pin, apply oil, pepper powder and sprinkle with salt

3. Roll it up from one side, then cut it with a knife, stack the two on top of each other and roll them up!

4. Grease the pot drawer with oil, put it in the pot, let it rest for 15 minutes, and steam over high heat.

5.Steam for 20 minutes, then turn off the heat and wait three minutes to take over the pot!
