Ingredients
Pumpkin ( 4 taels ) | Sugar ( A small amount ) |
Glutinous rice flour ( appropriate amount ) | Flour (a small amount) |
How to make pumpkin steamed buns

1. Slice the pumpkin into slices and steam them in a pot until they are soft enough to hold with chopsticks.

2. Pour out the pumpkin water, then add some sugar and press the pumpkin until it looks like the picture..

3.Put in an appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour and a small amount of flour and cook until it is no longer sticky.As shown below

4.Put some flour on the steamer to prevent sticking to the pan.Steam for about 20 minutes and it’s almost ready
Tips
