How to make hedgehog buns

1.Pour the flour into a larger container, put the salt and sugar diagonally, and put the yeast in the middle.

2. Prepare some warm water and put it in the middle to melt the yeast. Then pour it while stirring until the flour becomes Just flocculent! If it's too dry, add more water.Don't pour all the water at once.

3. Knead it into a smooth dough with your hands, cover it with plastic wrap, and leave it in a warm place to ferment.

4. Fermentation will be 2.5 times in size.Dip your finger in flour and poke a hole and it will ferment successfully.!

5. Sprinkle a little dry flour on the kneading mat to prevent sticking, take out the dough and deflate as much as possible Knead for a while.

6. Divide the dough into evenly sized dough and prepare red date scissors.

7.Take a piece of dough and shape it into a drop shape.

8. Leave one sixth of the front part, and use scissors to cut out the small thorns.Do not cut them.too deep.

9. Cut small dices from red dates to serve as the eyes of the hedgehog, which should be symmetrical.

10. Make all the embryos in sequence (I also made other shapes here) steamer Place the steamed buns on oil paper and put them in a steamer for secondary fermentation.

11. Fermentation is enough.Leave a certain amount of space between the steamed buns. It’s too crowded! I squeezed it in a little bit.

12. Steam over high heat for ten minutes, then turn to medium heat and continue steaming for five minutes.Turn off the heat and do not open the lid immediately, and simmer for another 5 minutes to prevent shrinkage when cold.

13. Move quickly to remove the lid.

14.The fragrant steamed buns are out of the pan!

15.Isn’t the steamed hedgehog so cute!
