How to make chrysanthemum steamed buns

1. Squeeze carrot juice, knead the dough and make the dough.Please see my butterfly roll recipe.I won’t repeat it.Knead the dough until it is smooth.Dough

2.Divide into small doses of appropriate size

3.Take a small amount and roll it into a long even strip with both hands

4.Start from both ends and roll them in opposite directions, see the picture below
5.Use chopsticks to gently pinch it in the middle (don’t break it)

6.Gently turn the chopsticks and pull them out

7. Make a cut in the middle of the four round petals.Let the petals spread, hee hee hee...a chrysanthemum steamed bun was born, so cute!

8.Make the other ones in the same way, add jujube for decoration

9. Apply a little oil on the drawer, place the chrysanthemum steamed buns on the drawer for secondary fermentation for about 20 minutes, and then steam
