Purple sweet potato: tonify the spleen and replenish qi
Ingredients
| Purple sweet potato ( 150g ) | Flour (1) ( 150g ) |
Flour (2) ( 70g ) | Dry yeast ( 5g ) |
Honey ( a spoonful ) | White sugar (appropriate amount) |
Clear water ( 100ml ) |
How to make purple sweet potato blossom steamed buns

1.Prepare ingredients.

2.Peel and slice the purple sweet potato, seal and steam in a steamer for ten minutes.

3.Weigh 150g and 70g flour into two large basins.

4. Melt 5g of dry yeast with 100ml of warm water.

5. Slowly pour the yeast water into a large basin filled with 150g of flour, and stir Shape into snowflakes and knead into smooth dough.There is still a small amount of yeast water left.

6. Add a spoonful of honey and an appropriate amount of sugar to the steamed purple sweet potato, mash it and stir Evenly.

8. Cover the kneaded two-color dough with plastic wrap and ferment for 40 minutes.

10. Take out the dough, knead it, remove the air, and roll it into a long strip.

11. Divide into small doses.

12. Roll out the white flour dough and round the purple flour dough.

13. Take a piece of white dough and place the purple ball in the center.

14. Wrap the purple ball like a bun.

15. Round the ball, seal it downwards, wrap it up, and let it sit for 15 minutes.

16. Brush the steaming plate with oil, place the steamed buns on it, and use a knife to cut a cross in the center of the steamed buns , seal and steam in the steamer for 25 minutes, turn off the heat, simmer for 5 minutes, and then take it out of the pot.

17. Arrange and serve.
Tips
Pour the yeast water into the flour slowly, there will be 10ml leftover.
