Ingredients
Glutinous rice (appropriate amount) | Yellow rice (appropriate amount) |
Homemade flavored sausage ( appropriate amount ) | Raw peanuts ( appropriate amount ) |
White sugar ( appropriate amount ) | White flour (appropriate amount) |
Yeast ( appropriate amount ) | Bean dregs ( Appropriate amount ) |
Soy milk ( Appropriate amount span> ) |
Recipe for glutinous rice flavored sausage and bean dregs steamed bun rolls

1.Take an appropriate amount of glutinous rice and yellow rice, mix and wash net!

2.Take an appropriate amount of peanuts and put them into the food processor

3.Use a food processor to grind raw peanuts into powder

4.Pour raw peanut powder into glutinous rice and yellow rice, stir, then pour into rice cooker and steam until cooked

10. Dip your hands into water, knead the glutinous yellow rice into long strips, put it into a plate and set aside

11.This is a dough made from soy milk, okara and noodles filtered out from the soy milk, and fermented by yeast
12.Take an appropriate amount of dough and roll it into a rectangular shape (the length is about the same as the glutinous rice strips, and the width should be enough to hug the glutinous rice strips)
13.Place the glutinous rice strips on the dough

14.Wrap the glutinous rice strips and roll them up

15.Knead with hands

16.Due to steaming The pot is small, so cut it into lengths that can fit in the pot and steam it for 25 minutes

17.After steaming, take it out and put it on a plate

18.Take one Cut into pieces and plate!

19.It’s time to eat, isn’t it very tempting! Simply delicious! Wipe up all the saliva...Haha...

5.After steaming, take it out and let it cool, then add an appropriate amount of sugar and stir

8.Pour into the glutinous rice and stir again
