How to make sweet potato buns

1. Cut sweet potatoes into cubes and steam them

2.Press into puree

3.Use 35℃ warm water to prepare yeast and add sugar together

4. Add yeast water to sweet potato puree Add flour to make it look like cotton wool

5.Make a smooth dough and put it into the pot to ferment for 2 hours

6.The fermented dough is 2-3 times its original size (it looks like a honeycomb when opened)

7.Take out the dough and add some flour to soften the air

10.Cut

11.Put it into the steamer and ferment it for 20 minutes

12. Steam the sweet potato buns for 20 minutes and they are ready!

Tips
The yeast needs to be fermented in warm water, and the dough needs to be softened to release air.It needs to be fermented twice before steaming, so that it will be softer and more delicious after steaming
