How to make steamed buns with vegetable juice

1.Wash the vegetables

2.Slightly chop it (you can also tear it by hand) and put it into a food processor, add half a bowl of water and beat for one minute p>

3.Crush everything and pour it into the basin

4.Use warm water to dissolve the yeast powder and pour it into the vegetable juice

5.Add 50 grams of sugar and 500 grams of flour, knead the dough together, cover the dough with something, and ferment at room temperature for about two hours

6.This is fermented noodles

7.Give the dough a shape, make it look whatever you like, (I make this simple one), prepare it and put it in the steamer

8. Steam the steamed buns in the pressure cooker for about 25 minutes (my pot stops automatically).Press the steamed buns with your hands.If they rise when you press them, it means the steamed buns are cooked., just take it out and put it on the plate
Tips Shi
When choosing green vegetables, choose vegetables with thick leaves and more juice.I chose fungus vegetables (also called pinch vegetables)
