
Ingredients
All-purpose flour (plain flour) ( 500g ) | Warm water (skin temperature) ( 250g ) |
Baking powder ( 5g ) | Sugar ( 15-25g ) |
White steamed buns (wheat steamed buns )

1. Flour and fermentation After mixing the powder and sugar together evenly, add water while stirring until it becomes cotton wool, and start kneading the dough

2.Knead the dough for about 15 minutes until it becomes a smooth dough.

3. Cover with plastic wrap and start fermentation.It will take about 45 minutes in summer.It grows to twice its size and has holes on its surface.

4. Continue kneading the dough for about 15 minutes, and knead it into an oval shape., cut into the picture below.Cover and continue to rise for about 15 minutes.Steam the pot in cold water for about 20 minutes.After stopping the fire, continue to simmer for 5 minutes before taking it out of the pot.

Tips
1.Brush oil on the steamer before putting it on the steamer , to prevent sticking to the pan.
