Ingredients
Pumpkin (appropriate amount) | Four ( 500g ) |
Yeast ( 4 grams ) | White sugar (appropriate amount) |

How to make pumpkin steamed buns

1.Peel the pumpkin and cut into small pieces.

2.Add a little water and crush in a food processor until it becomes pumpkin puree.(The amount of water added to pumpkin is about 300 grams.If the water content of pumpkin is higher, you need to subtract some water)

3.Strain the beaten pumpkin to remove particles.

4.Add flour, yeast, and sugar and mix well to form a floc.

5.Knead into smooth dough.

Tips
Basically, pumpkins are steamed and pressed into puree before being kneaded into noodles.What about me? I was lazy and synthesized it at once.
When making pumpkin puree, try to break it up as much as possible.Add a little less water at the beginning.If there is too much water, it will become dilute.
If you don’t have a food processor at home, steam it and press it into a paste before kneading it into noodles!
