Ingredients
Flour ( 450g ) | Spinach ( A small handful ) |
Carrot ( One ) | Yeast ( 5g ) |
White sugar ( 5 grams ) | Warm water ( 90 grams ) |
How to make vegetable steamed buns

1.Wash spinach and carrots separately.

2.Grate the carrots, put them into a blender and add water to squeeze the juice.

3. Squeeze the carrot juice and spinach juice separately.

4. Divide the flour, yeast, and sugar into three equal parts, and add carrot juice and spinach juice respectively., warm water turns into dough of 3 colors.

5. Place in a warm place to ferment until doubled in size.Knead again and wake up for 10 minutes.

6. Knead into yellow, green and white steamed buns respectively.Let it rise for another 20 minutes, boil the water in the pot, brush the steamer with soybean oil and place the steamed buns.

7.Steam over high heat for 15 minutes until cooked, turn off heat and wait for 2 minutes before opening the lid.

8. Take out the steamed buns and put them on the plate.
