Cold steamed buns ( 1 piece ) | Carrot ( Half Root ) |
Black fungus ( 4 ) | Ham sausage ( 1 piece ) |
Cucumber ( small half root ) | Tomato (Half) |
Eggs ( 2 ) | Salt ( a little ) |
onion ( 3 capsules ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Recipe for fried steamed buns with seasonal vegetables

1.Prepare the seasonal vegetables, wash and chop them

2.Cut the steamed buns into cubes, beat two eggs evenly, add a little salt and mix well with the diced steamed buns

3. Stir-fry diced steamed buns in hot pan and cold oil for 2 minutes
