Yeast ( 2 grams ) | White sugar ( 20 grams ) |
How to make sweet potato buns

1. Wash and peel two sweet potatoes, cut into thick slices, and steam for fifteen minutes

2. Let the steamed sweet potatoes dry for a while, add sugar and yeast and mix well

3.After it cools down, add flour.Don’t add too much flour at once.If it’s not enough, you can add it later

4.Knead the dough into a smooth and non-sticky dough , set aside to ferment until doubled in size

5. Take out the fermented dough and knead it evenly p>

6.Use your hands to break into small pieces of the same size

7.Knead into smooth buns and let them rise for ten minutes

8.Pour an appropriate amount of boiling water into the pot, put in the steamed buns and steam for fifteen minutes, then simmer for two minutes
