How to make bean dregs steamed buns

1.Add yeast powder into the bean dregs and stir evenly.

2.Let it sit for ten minutes to stimulate yeast activity

3.Add flour and stir into floc

4.Knead the dough into three pieces and let it sit for fermentation.

5. Knead the risen dough for a few more minutes and roll it into a long strip (I forgot to take a picture of the fermentation , sweat)

6.Cut into small sections, knead into steamed buns or shape, and then wait for the second time Fermentation.

7. Steam in boiling water for 15 to 20 minutes, simmer for 5 minutes, and remove from the pot.Don't bake it for too long, otherwise the steam dripping down will destroy the shape and texture of the steamed buns.

8. Give the flower a close-up.
Tips
1.The fermentation time depends on the temperature.Just allow the dough to expand to about twice its original size.
2.Do not open the pan immediately after boiling, otherwise the steamed buns will shrink when cold. But don't let it simmer for too long, otherwise the steam water will drip down.
3.It would be great if there was a bamboo steamer, but unfortunately I don’t have one.
