How to make fried steamed buns with green pepper

1. Use overnight steamed buns.I bought mine the day before.Fresh steamed buns are soft and easy to break when cut into strips.
2. Cut the steamed buns into strips and shred the green peppers.I used mildly spicy green peppers.
3. Cut the ginger into shreds and the green onions into sections.

4. Heat the pot and add an appropriate amount of oil.The steamed buns absorb more oil and can be used for cooking than usual.Put a little more.Add shredded ginger.

5.Add in the chopped green pepper shreds and stir-fry over medium heat for a few times

6.Put a steamed bun headline.Stir fry over medium heat.

7. Fry the steamed buns until golden brown.Reduce heat and stir-fry.

8.Add appropriate amounts of salt, monosodium glutamate, pepper, and green onions according to personal taste , stir-fry a few times and take it out of the pan.
