1.A bowl of bean dregs, mixed with flour

2. Dissolve the yeast with warm water and pour it into the flour, then add an appropriate amount of warm water and knead it with your hands to form a dough

3.In order to save time, I fermented it in the bread machine until it doubled in size

4.Knead the dough until smooth and let it rise for 20 minutes

5.Shape the dough into a rectangle and then cut it into even small pieces

6. Shape the buns by hand, add water to the pot, boil the water and steam for 20 minutes
