Dumpling skin ( 200g ) | Pork ( 200g ) |
Tofu ( 200g ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
Chicken essence (appropriate amount) | Ginger paste ( appropriate amount ) |

Tofu How to make dumplings

1. Homemade vegetable dumpling wrappers (can be purchased Ready-made, you can also make your own)

2. Chop the pork and add chopped green onion and ginger

3.A piece of old tofu (soaked in salt water)
4.Crush the old tofu and add it to the pork filling, add salt and chicken essence and stir evenly
5. Prepare the old tofu dumplings and set aside

6.Take a dumpling skin and put it into the trap (as shown below)

7.Fold in half and pinch both sides ( As shown below)

8. Squeeze toward the middle, and two ears will appear (as shown below)

9.Finally, pinch the two ears together

Tips
