How to make pork and potato dumplings

1. Add minced onion, ginger, oil, pepper, and raw material to the meat filling.Mix soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, oyster sauce, and sugar evenly.Peel and wash the potatoes and shred them.Wash and squeeze out the water.Add salt to the meat filling.
