Ingredients
Eggs( 4 ) | Cecarrots( 2 ) |
Four ( 1 and a half pounds ) | Oil ( twice as much as for cooking ) |
Chicken essence ( a little ) | Sichuan peppercorns ( a little ) |
Salt ( half a spoon ) | Onion ( 1 root span> ) |
Shrimp ( 2 spoons ) |
How to steam dumplings

1. Beat the eggs and fry them in oil in a pan

2.Cut the carrots in quarters and remove the center

3.Cross the carrots into shreds, add a little salt and sand, drain and dry in water

4. Wash and chop the dried shrimps and add them to the eggs, add peppercorns, salt and chicken essence

5.Add green onion , carrot and mix well

6.Put the dough into pieces and roll it out to wrap the dumplings.Steam for ten minutes

7. Take out after steaming
