1.Peel the sweet potatoes, wash and cut into cubes p>

2.White sugar

3. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the sweet potato pieces over medium-low heat until they turn slightly yellow

4. Remove and set aside

5. Heat a little oil in the pan , add sugar

6.Slowly open the sugar flowers over low heat until they appear stringy

Tips
Boil the sugar over low heat to prevent it from boiling over.When the sweet potatoes are fried, be sure to cook them while they are still hot.Can't pull out the thread.
