How to make dumplings stuffed with pork and green pepper

1. Mix flour and water in a basin and stir into cotton wool.

2. Knead the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.

3. Prepare the filling ingredients, wash and set aside.

Tips
1.You can put an egg in the filling if you like.
2.If there is too much water in the green pepper after mincing it, squeeze it dry, otherwise the filling will be too thin and it will be difficult to make dumplings.
