Ingredients
High-gluten flour ( 500g ) | Carrot juice ( 150ml ) |

How to make colorful dumplings

1. Divide the flour into roughly even portions of the colors you want to make, mix them with vegetable juice and knead them into a smooth dough.

2. Use a rolling pin to roll out flat flour.The thickness of the flour should be even, and then use a mold to press out a disc., knead the remaining flour into dough again and roll it out flat, and so on

3.Here I used Minced pork with leeks, shiitake mushrooms, minced pork with cabbage, minced carrots and corn, it’s best to chop the meat yourself with a knife, it tastes much better than mincing it with a machine

4.Then we make dumplings.

5.Steam over high heat for 20 minutes and it is ready to serve.
Tips
Leeks, cabbage and vegetables that are prone to water need to be chopped, then mix well with salt and wait for about 10 minutes for the water to come out, so that the dumplings will be full and not easy to leak.
