Potatoes: harmonize the stomach
Ingredients
Potatoes ( 400g ) | Pickled peppers ( 50g span> ) |
Pickled pepper water ( 30g ) | Salt ( a little ) |
Oreo virgin olive oil ( appropriate amount ) | Onion and garlic (appropriate amount of each ) |

1.Peel and wash potatoes, cut into thin strips and set aside

2.Prepare onions and garlic

3. Remove the pickled pepper and cut into small pieces for later use

4. Boil water in a pot, add a little salt and oil, add shredded potatoes, mix well and bring to a boil

5.Cook until it changes color and is broken, remove and drain and set aside

6.Put in Oreo native olive oil, add onions and garlic and saute until fragrant

Tips
Do not overcook the shredded potatoes when blanching them.Overcooked shredded potatoes will break easily when fried, which will also affect the taste.
