How to make eggplant meat dumplings

1.Peel and chop the eggplant, I use the Meizhikou blender.Pour in salt and water.Use gauze to squeeze out excess water

2. Chop the onion, soak a handful of vermicelli and chop it.

3.Half a pound of meat

4. Mix vermicelli and onions into eggplant

5. Heat oil in a pan, fry the peppercorns, take out the peppercorns, add eggplant, stir-fry, add chicken essence, it tastes very fresh, and appropriate amount of salt.Stir-fry
