Homemade How to make hot and sour soup

1.Prepare ingredients: Wash and cut the enoki mushrooms into sections, peel off the skin of the carrots and shred them, peel off the skins of the bamboo shoots and blanch them in shreds, wash the coriander, add 20 grams of water to the starch and mix it into starch water for later use

Tips
I don’t have dried chili peppers or hot sauce powder at home, so I use chili sauce instead.You can use dried chili peppers to improve the taste.
