How to make crystal dumplings

1. Prepare ingredients.

2.Weigh the starch powder and corn starch.

3.Add just boiled hot water to the bowl, stir quickly with chopsticks, and pour in the white wine.Oil.

4. Knead into a smooth dough.

5. Shape into long strips and cut into equal amounts.

6.Take a small amount, roll out the dough and stuff it with filling.

7. Brush the steaming plate with oil and place the wrapped dumplings on it.

8. Steam for 10 minutes.

9.Install the disc and take a photo of the finished product.
Tips
The dough should not be rolled out too thin; the amount of filling should be appropriate; steam the dumplings within 10 minutes; if the time is too long, the dumplings will swell and burst easily; eat them while they are hot, otherwise they will become hard.
