Corn starch ( 100g ) | Plain flour ( 50g ) |
Tapioca flour ( 50g ) | Lard ( a little ) |
Salt ( a little ) | Carob (appropriate amount) |
Zucchini (appropriate amount) | Eggs ( 4 ) |
Crystal dumplings Recipe

1.Put the eggs into the pot and stir-fry until cooked.Add the chopped long beans and zucchini, add seasonings and mix well

2.Put the corn starch, flour, and cassava Mix the flour together and add boiling water to form a dough.Add lard and salt while it is hot and knead it into a smooth dough

3. Divide the dough into small pieces, flatten and roll them into rounds

4.Put in the dumpling fillings , (no one was here to take a quick photo) Wrap it up and put it in a pot to steam for about 8 minutes

5. Take it out of the pot and put it on the plate, I am quite satisfied with it (I think)
