How to make leek and egg dumplings

1.Two bowls of flour or about one large bowl of water, mix until smooth Let the dough rest for 20 minutes.(This is the time to prepare the filling)

2. Beat four eggs, add some warm water and stir evenly , after the oil is warm, add the egg liquid and a little cooking wine, stir-fry into small pieces.

Tips
