Broccoli: Replenishes the spleen
Ingredients
Broccoli ( one ) | Garlic slices ( 1g ) |
Chicken essence ( a little ) div> | Salt ( a little ) |
Edible oil ( 3 grams ) |
How to make stir-fried broccoli

1.Purchase a head of broccoli and cut it into small florets.

2.Put a spoonful of flour and wash well.

3. Boil the water in a pot and add a little olive oil and salt.Add the broccoli to the pot and blanch it.

4. Remove and soak in cold water.

5. Remove and drain the water and set aside.

Tips
