Onions ( 4 roots ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) | Light soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make fried rice noodles

1. Cut all the ingredients into shreds and soak 5 pieces of rice noodles in hot water until soft.It will take a few minutes to soften.You have to observe it.Don't soak it until it becomes too soft, as it will be difficult to fry if it is too soft.

2. Prepare all ingredients.

3. Heat the pan and pour oil, beat the eggs and pour them into the pan to fry.

4. After frying, cut into shreds with a spatula, remove and set aside.

5. Pour some oil into the pot, add carrots, mushrooms, and fungus and fry until they are six ripe , then add shredded cucumber and green onions, add salt and light soy sauce, stir-fry a little, then add eggs, add hot water to soak until soft, take out the reserved rice noodles.
