Ingredients
Cabbage ( 1 piece ) | Noodles ( 300g ) |
Oil ( 40 grams ) | Water-haired shiitake mushrooms ( 7-8 pcs ) |
Medium pepper ( 1 piece ) | Onions ( 1 ) |
Light soy sauce ( 30g ) | Dark soy sauce ( 15g ) |
Sugar ( 15g ) | Chicken Essence ( 5g ) |
How to make fried noodles

1.Shred cabbage

2. Cut the onion into shreds

3.Slice medium pepper

4.Shred mushrooms

Tips
Buy freshly rolled noodles, which are easy to cook.If the noodles are dry, you can cook them for a while longer.But don’t cook it too badly, otherwise it will lose its shape and become crumbly when fried
