How to make fried noodles with three shredded eggs

1.Prepare the ingredients and cut into shreds for later use

2. Boil the water and add noodles

3.Cook for about one minute until the noodles are half-cooked.Take out the cold water.After three times of cold water, you can grab some oil into the noodles

4.Fry the eggs and set aside

Tips
Cooling water and grabbing oil are both to prevent the noodles from becoming lumpy.When frying noodles, remember to use chopsticks to stir frequently to prevent them from sticking together.Seasoning can be added as per personal preference.
