Dry noodles ( appropriate amount ) | Mung bean sprouts ( An appropriate amount ) |

How to make fried noodles with mung bean sprouts
1. Boil the water in the pot and cook the noodles.
2. Then remove it and drain it into cold water.

3. Drain the water, add a little oil and light soy sauce, mix well and set aside.

4. Beat the eggs and spread them into egg skins.

5.Pick the roots of the mung bean sprouts and cut the egg skin into shreds.
