How to make soy sauce vegetarian fried noodles

1.Ingredients: Shredded carrots, black fungus (soaked, washed and shredded), cabbage (washed and shredded), noodles (blanched and cooled)

2. Heat oil in a pan, add shredded carrots and chopped black fungus and stir-fry.

3.Next, add the chopped cabbage and stir-fry.

4. Then, add the cooled noodles and stir-fry.

5.Finally, add an appropriate amount of soy sauce

6.Add appropriate amount of salt

7. Season and stir-fry until combined.Serve.
