How to make fried noodles with mushrooms

1. Slice mushrooms.Cut the green onions into sections, cut the lean meat into shreds and season with cornstarch and cooking wine.

2. Pour water into the pot and bring to a boil, then cook the noodles.

3. Remove the noodles after they are cooked, pour in appropriate amount of light soy sauce and sesame oil and mix well.

Tips
