Oil, salt, oyster sauce ( appropriate amount ) | Light soy sauce, white pepper ( appropriate amount ) | Five-spice powder, chicken essence ( appropriate amount ) | Onion, ginger and garlic ( appropriate amount ) |

1.Wash and cut the purple cabbage into shreds and set aside

2.Wash the cabbage Cut off the blanching water and then pour it into cold water

3. Heat the oil in the wok, place the shredded pork and stir-fry

Tips
