How to make cumin fried noodles

1.Shred the washed vegetables and slice the mushrooms

2.Cut the onion into sections and slice the ginger and garlic

3.Slice lean meat, mix with cooking wine, light soy sauce, corn starch, and a little oil (I used fried ones at noon)

4. Prepare the noodles (I bought steamed cooked noodles, so I don’t have to cook this step)

5. Heat the pot, add oil, add bean paste, ginger, onion and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add mushrooms in turn , onions, green peppers, and bean skins.After the vegetables become soft, add the fried lean meat

6.Add noodles, stir-fry evenly, add salt, cumin powder, and peppercorns, continue to stir-fry for a while, until the vegetables and noodles are completely mixed, add light soy sauce, chicken essence, and serve
