Ingredients
Noodles (One person ) | Sauerkraut ( 20g span> ) |
Fried sauce ( 10g ) | Tomatoes ( one ) |
Onions ( 1 root ) | |
Salt ( Appropriate amount ) | Dark soy sauce ( 5 grams ) |
How to make fried noodles with fried sauce

1. Take a pot and bring about one kilogram of water to a boil.While waiting for the water to boil, chop the cilantro and green onions into small pieces and set aside.

2. When small bubbles appear at the bottom of the pot, add the noodles.

3. Remove the noodles when they are cooked and set aside.Don't overcook the noodles.

4.Take another pot, pour a small amount of oil and bring to a boil.

5.Add sauerkraut and stir-fry.

6. Stir-fry for about 20 seconds.Pour in the fried sauce and tomatoes and continue to stir-fry (the fried sauce is Chicken fried sauce made in advance).

7. Pour in the cooked noodles and coriander and green onion segments and stir-fry evenly.

8.Add dark soy sauce and salt and mix well.

9.The appetizing fried noodles are ready.
Tips
The sauerkraut I put in is made by myself, a specialty of my hometown in Yunnan.Adding a little bit to the fried noodles is very appetizing.I also put a lot of ginger, garlic, peppercorns and chili noodles when I was making the fried sauce, so I didn’t add them anymore when I fried the noodles.
