How to make fried noodles (sweet and sour)

1. Boil water in a pot, add noodles after the water boils

2.While the water is boiling, prepare the ingredients: three lettuce leaves

3.Millet pepper, chopped green onion, minced garlic, dried chili

4.Add the juice: Mix one spoon of light soy sauce, one spoon of sugar, two spoons of vinegar, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of pepper noodles, and two spoons of water.

5. Put the noodles in boiling water, cook until about half cooked, take them out, and drain them into cold water.(The photo of this step is shown in Figure 1)

6. Heat the pan and put oil in it.Then add chopped green onions and dried chili peppers, stir-fry until fragrant, add lettuce leaves and stir-fry

7. Add noodles and stir fry.Add the prepared juice.When the soup gradually dries up, add the chopped millet pepper and minced garlic.Stir well.Add chicken essence to taste before serving.Plate it!
