Ingredients
Noodles ( 100g ) | Onions ( 1 piece ) |
Tomatoes ( 1 piece ) | Red pepper ( 1 piece ) |
Bell pepper ( Half a bell pepper ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
Light soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make fried onion noodles

1. Cut the onion into strips , cut bell peppers into strips, chop red peppers, and cut tomatoes into thick slices.

2. Boil the noodles until they are medium cooked and remove them

3. Pour cold water, add a spoonful of cooked oil and stir evenly to prevent sticking.

4. Heat oil in a hot pot and add red pepper to stir-fry until spicy

5.Add bell pepper, onion, and tomatoes and stir-fry until red color appears.

6.Add noodles

7.Add light soy sauce and salt and stir-fry until the flavor is absorbed and serve.
