Ingredients
Noodles ( Moderate amount ) | Onions ( 1 ) |
Shiitake mushrooms ( 3 pieces ) | Carrot ( Half root ) |
Soy sauce ( 1 tablespoon ) | Oyster sauce ( 1 tablespoon ) |
Salt ( 6 grams ) | Oil ( Appropriate amount ) |
Vegetarian fried noodles How to make

1.Wash mushrooms, carrots, onions, Peel carrots and onions

2. Dice carrots and mushrooms and blanch them for later use
