How to make steamed buns stuffed with green onions and pork

1. Mix flour and 200 grams of warm water and stir into cotton wool.

2.The first fermentation after kneading the dough.

4. Cut the pork, onion and ginger into small pieces.

5.Put it into a meat grinder and mince it.

6. Add cooking oil, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, pepper powder, MSG and salt to taste.

9.Knead and exhaust.

10. Roll into long strips and cut into small pieces.

Tips
The moisture content of flour is different, so do not add all the water at once; the filling will be easily stirred in one direction, so that the filling in the steamed buns will be a meat ball.
