How to make love buns

1. Put the yeast into warm water and stir evenly, it will turn into a milky white liquid.I forgot to take a photo, here is a piece of oil paper that my little helper helped cut

2. Sieve the flour and weigh it , add salt, then slowly pour in the mixed yeast water, stirring with chopsticks while pouring, and when it is almost done, you can knead the dough with your hands. If the kneaded dough is smooth and does not stick to your hands or the basin, it is considered a success! Cover with a damp cloth and wait for fermentation (it is more difficult to ferment in winter.I preheated the upper and lower floors of the oven to 180 degrees for 20 seconds, then covered the basin with the dough and put it in the oven for fermentation).During the waiting process, you can chop the pork and make the filling.

3. Wait for the dough to ferment until doubled in size, take it out and continue kneading.Cover with a damp cloth and wait for the next step.Secondary fermentation...After fermentation, you can start making buns. The size of the buns depends on your preference.Put the wrapped buns in the steamer.Wait for the third fermentation for about 20 minutes.Steam for 15 minutes.Turn off the heat and simmer for five minutes before taking them out., otherwise the buns will shrink back.

4.It’s ready, eat it while it’s hot...it tastes great

5.The skin is thin, the filling is fragrant, meaty and juicy...Flavor Leverage Drops
