Ingredients
Konjac ( 300g ) | Millet pepper ( 8 strips span> ) |
Garlic ( 3 break ) | Sesame oil ( 1 teaspoon ) |

Cool How to make konjac

1. Prepare ingredients, konjac (bought in supermarkets) ), millet pepper, garlic.

2. Unpack the konjac, wash it and cut it into 0.5 cm thick slices.

3. Boil water in a soup pot.After the water boils, pour in the sliced konjac and cook over medium heat.5 minutes.

4. During the process of cooking konjac, you can mince the garlic and cut the millet and pepper into rings.(I also got some yellow peppers)

5.Drain the cooked konjac into cold water , place on plate and set aside.

6. Heat the wok, pour in the oil, then add the minced garlic and chili and stir-fry for 10 seconds.

7. Pour in the juice mixed with light soy sauce, sugar and chicken essence, and stir-fry a few times.

8. Pour the fried seasoning into the konjac plate and eat immediately.
Tips
