Carrots: clear away heat and detoxify
Ingredients
Fresh lotus root (200g) | Carrot ( 100g span> ) |
Parsley ( 50g ) | Salt ( 1/3 tsp ) |
Garlic ( 1 small clove ) | Vegetable oil ( 1 tablespoon ) |

1.Peel and wash fresh lotus roots and carrots, cut into shreds, wash celery, cut into sections, and slice garlic.

2. Heat oil in a pan, add shredded lotus root and stir-fry for about 1 minute.

3. Add garlic slices, shredded carrots, celery segments, and salt.

4. Stir fry quickly until cooked through and serve.
Tips
Don't add too much seasoning to this dish, just a little salt, so that you can enjoy the original taste of the vegetables.
