Ingredients
Potato flour ( 1st generation ) | Tomatoes ( 1 ) |
Enoki mushrooms ( 80g ) | Baby cabbage ( 1 piece ) |
Shiitake mushrooms ( 4 ) | Casserole meatballs ( 200g ) |
Oyster sauce ( 1 tablespoon ) | |
Salt ( 1/2 teaspoon ) | cilantro ( appropriate amount ) |
Vegetable oil ( one spoonful ) | Garlic ( 3 cloves ) |
How to make tomato and potato powder

1. Prepare all the following ingredients.

2. Wash and remove the stems of the mushrooms, and cut each into quarters.

3. Wash and remove the roots of the enoki mushrooms and break them into small florets.

4. Blanch tomatoes in boiling water for 30 seconds, peel and cut into hob pieces.

5. Break up the baby cabbage and wash it, and soak the potato powder in water.

6. Chop the garlic into mince, heat the pot, pour in oil, and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.

7.Add tomato cubes and stir-fry until soup appears.

8.Add soy oyster sauce and salt to taste.

9.Add 500 ml of purified water.

Tips
Make a cross cut on the top of the tomatoes and boil them in boiling water for 30 seconds to easily peel them.
