How to make potato noodles in sour soup

1. Sauce: 5g chopped green onion, 5g minced garlic, 10g sesame, 3g pepper, 2g pepper powder, 10g chili noodles, hot oil, 10g light soy sauce, 20g vinegar, 10g pepper oil, 10g sesame oil, 1g cumin powder, 1g black pepper powder, 2g chicken essence, 2g salt
