Soybean paste ( 1 tablespoon ) | Winter squash ( 800 grams ) |
Light soy sauce ( 1 medium spoon ) | Salt ( a little ) |

How to make pickled winter squash
1.Wash the winter squash, cut off the roots, and then cut into large pieces for later use
2.Heat oil in a pan, add a little salt and stir-fry
